SUMMARY:Blessing of the Animals
DESCRIPTION:Care for Creation Committee invites you to bring your beloved creature\, pet\, or stuffed animal to be blessed at our annual Blessing of the Animals. We will have 2 opportunities to bless animals on Oct. 4. First\, during worship\, we’ll do a blessing of the stuffed animals as our Moment for the Child in All of Us. Children are invited to bring a special stuffy from home and have it blessed.\n\nThen from 4pm -5pm\, we will have a blessing station set up near the parking lot above the courtyard. Drop in at your convenience with your pet\, or a picture of your pet\, or a stuffed animal. This is an all-ages event\, done in the spirit of St. Francis\, who cared for all creation! Questions?
