This presentation will be given by members of the Metropolitan State University of Denver’s (MSU Denver’s) Dreamer Network. This organization is comprised of dedicated professionals within the university whose goal is to advocate for equitable policies\, educate the community\, plan events and raise funds to support Dreamers students. MSU Denver serves a larger number of undocumented students who qualify for in-state tuition than any other 2- or 4-year institution in Colorado.

If you can’t stay the entire time\, no problem.  We appreciate any help you can give us.\n\nWe will be cleaning the outside flower beds\, pulling weeds\, pruning bushes\, raking leaves\, and blowing leaves from the courtyard\, etc.  Just bring your gardening gloves and any other gardening tools you may have. DESCRIPTION:Remember\, the First Sunday of every month we will be selling grocery cards. King Soopers and Safeway cards cost $10. You decide how much to put on the card\, they are rechargeable\, so once you develop the habit it is easy to use them. Sprouts cards are one-time use and come in denominations of $25\, $50 and $100. Lakewood UCC will receive 5% cash back on all purchases made with these cards. Our goal is to get as many families as possible using the cards\, so we will have a surplus of funds at the end of the year. We hope to have a bonus for Curt and who knows – if we do this right maybe all of our dedicated staff. Happy Shopping!
