Join us with Together Colorado for a legislative update with special guest, Thomas Weiler! Thomas Weiler is the lead organizer with Together Colorado. He lives in Denver and is a husband and father of two. Thomas has been organizing since 2012 and has worked as a labor organizer with SEIU105 in Colorado, and faith-driven community organizations in the Faith in Action network to help families put their faith into action by identifying and addressing the systemic roots of injustice. Thomas will update Lakewood UCC members on legislative priorities and how our faith voices can make a the difference on important issues like immigration, affordable housing, and climate issues.
