In July, we kicked off the Anti-Racism Book Club. This is an initiative by the Mission, Outreach, and Evangelism Board to better understand the role that race plays. We are reading sociological texts, biographies, and fiction by BIPOC authors. The group meets on the fourth Sunday of each month after worship; our next meeting will be on October 25 at 11:30 when we’ll be discussing Me and White Supremacy by Layla Saad. It can be found free through Kindle if you have Prime. We hope you’ll join us for this or any future book you find interesting!
