Mark 4:25-41

This Sunday’s lesson begins with several short parables and concludes with the story of Jesus taking a nap while the boat he is in is being swamped by a storm. The disciples wake him terrified and exclaim, “Teacher do you not care that we are perishing?” Many of us know the experience of finding ourselves in the midst of a storm. Many of us have felt the waves crashing about us and have wondered if anybody cares. Join us this Sunday as Pastor Curt preaches on rest, renewal, and finding a place of calm in the midst of the storm.
